Modern vehicles use immobilizers that authenticate a chip or proximity fob before allowing fuel and ignition. We follow manufacturer-approved paths—on-board programming where possible, or diagnostic programming with PIN/out-code methods when required. Lost keys can be removed from memory so a found key no longer starts the car.

Costs depend on the vehicle, key/fob type and whether keys are being duplicated or originated from scratch. You’ll receive a written estimate before we begin.

No. We program keys and fobs on site for most models. Certain European platforms may require special parts or extra lead time.
Yes. We originate a key to code, cut a new blade and program the immobilizer so the car starts normally.
Sometimes. Many used fobs are locked to the original vehicle. We’ll check your part number and advise if a new, programmable fob is needed.
We can remove lost keys from memory so they no longer start the engine. Physical locks can be rekeyed on request.
